If you pre ordered an item please understand that pre orders are all custom made orders & have a process time of 1-3 weeks (1-8 weeks Varsity Jackets) before getting shipped. 

once an order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Refunds & Exchanges
 
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we do not do refunds for online orders. exchanges only for items that are in stock. Or to process a refund please contact our customer service team to get a return label. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our all sales are final policy, if you made an pre order you will receive your products no matter what. When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.
 
We do not refund shipping on Pre Order items, due to all pre orders will be shipped at the same rate it was purchased.

NO REFUNDS, ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.
VARSITY JACKETS ARE MADE WITH WOOL, WOOL MAY ATTRACT FABRIC & LINT WHICH CAN BE VISIBLE WITH CERTAIN COLORS AND LESS VISIBLE WITH DARKER TONES. THIS CAN EASILY BE REMOVED, ALL JACKETS ARE MADE NEW AND CANNOT BE RETURNED, IF AN EXCHANGE IS NEEDED WE WILL CREATE A NEW JACKET TO SEND. THIS IS APART OF THE PRODUCT & THIS IS OUR LEGAL BUSINESS POLICY AND MUST BE STATED FOR CUSTOMER USE.

 

Tracking numbers: after an order is placed, please allow our team to process & ship it out within 1-3 business days, does not include weekends. We strive to ship regular orders as fast as possible 
 
Tracking numbers and an order confirmation will be available and sent to email on file after placing an order 
 
All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and only takes 1-3 business to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Overseas orders may take longer 
 
Please note, once we ship your package we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries, any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS because we are not a shipping center. If a package is lost under the shipping center they are responsible for claim & locating packages 
 
If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to sender (Fallen Idols) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping center of your choice

If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Customers are responsible for import fees or duties.
